The ultimate goal of the AC4SME project is to involve an increasing number of SMEs in apprenticeships.
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania organized a series of meetings, both at the CCIR Business Center and at the companies’ headquarters, to understand the level of involvement of companies in apprenticeship programs and to promote the tools developed by the partners for training apprentices in the workplace.
The tools developed by the project partners will assist companies interested in hosting apprentices and help them better understand the legal regulations in the field.
Additionally, the practical tools can be used both before the apprenticeship period begins within the company and during the apprenticeship itself. These tools can assist in monitoring and evaluating the training of apprentices.
