The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania is authorized, under Law 335/2007, Chapter III, Article 28, paragraph 2, letter h, to certify, upon request, other documents for international trade (invoice, phytosanitary certificate, exporter registry form, letter of authorization, producer declaration, etc.).
Documents required for the certification of international trade documents:
- Request (original);
- Power of attorney / delegation (original);
- The document for which certification is requested, in original and copy.
Document certification fees for international trade (excluding VAT):
- 455 lei / set;
- 365 RON / set for 2 or more sets.
A set of documents may consist of:
- Other documents for international trade;
- Certificate of origin and other documents for international trade.
Specialized consultancy:
30 EUR/30 minutes (excluding VAT)
Applicable legislation:
- Law 335/2007, as amended and supplemented;
- Reg. CEE nr. 2913/1992 – The Community Customs Code;
- Reg. CEE nr. 2454/1993For establishing provisions for the implementation of the Community Customs Code.
